Prepare yourself before your treatment begins, by following the instructions below, so as to enjoy the utmost of your spa experience.
- Our consultants will conduct a spa discovery so that we can be updated with your state of health to recommend the suitability of the treatments. Please inform the consultants if you have pre-existing conditions like allergies, high blood pressure, heart conditions, recent surgery or pregnancy.
- To better enjoy your spa journey, arrive at the spa at least 30 minutes prior to your appointed treatment time.
- Take a shower and use the pool facilities to prepare your body to relax for a more enjoyable massage.
- Please switch cellular phones to the silent mode.
- Do not use mobile phone during the treatment time to avoid injuries.
- Please speak in low tones especially whilst walking at the aisles.
- Male guests are requested to use the shorts provided during the treatment time.
- Talk to your spa therapist immediately if you are experiencing discomfort during a treatment.
- Please allow at least one hour between your last meal and your treatment and to avoid the consumption of coffee or alcohol prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Hours
Open for business from 10.00 am to 11.00 pm on Sunday to Wednesday, and up to midnight from Thursday to Saturday.
Arrival
Please plan to arrive at least fifteen minutes
prior to your appointment. A luxurious full-length
robe and slippers will await you in your personal
locker.
A complete selection of shower and grooming amenities
are also available. Your comfort and convenience
is our primary concern.
For
facial, massage and body treatments we recommend
wearing minimal clothing. Our therapists are trained
in proper draping techniques and are highly professional
in ensuring that your privacy and modesty are
protected.
It is important for you to inform us of any health
problems, allergies or physical limitations you
may have. Certain treatments are not recommended
for persons with high blood pressure, heart conditions,
recent surgery or pregnancy. It is always advisable
to check with your physician prior to any treatments.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We strictly adhere to the spa cancellation policy.
If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, as a courtesy to other members, guests and our therapists, please advise us 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full for your treatment.
